How do I cancel my order?

If your order is still showing as Paid, you can cancel it from the My Account section of our website.

Once an order has entered picking or has been despatched, we're no longer able to stop it. Don't worry – if you no longer need the order, you can simply return it through our normal returns process once it arrives.
