Who pays for the cost of returning items to you?

For UK returns, a pre-paid return method is available through our online returns portal. If you choose to use an alternative return method, the cost of the return will be your responsibility.

For International returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning your item.
