Simply complete our online returns portal and download your QR code. A smartphone or similar device is required.
Royal Mail: Present your QR code at a local Post Office, where a returns label will be generated and attached to your parcel. Be sure to obtain a certificate of postage.
InPost Locker: Take your securely sealed parcel to your chosen InPost locker, scan your QR code and place your parcel inside. No label is required. All items must be returned in one parcel, no larger than 41cm × 38cm × 64cm.
